Shape the Future of CLEE

Assess Your Community Needs to Inform Our Scaling Plan

A great cause needs a great plan. In the wake of the pandemic’s impact on education and CLEE’s recent acquisition of SRI, we have a unique responsibility and opportunity to scale facilitative leadership practices that accelerate educational equity. Please help inform this effort. Join us as a community researcher to learn more about the needs of the stakeholders you serve, and learn the See, Solve, Scale process developed by Danny Warshay while helping CLEE inform our long-term scaling plan. We need your eyes, ears, and voice as a community member.

Commitment

  • Attend 2 virtual working sessions, August 2 (2-3:30pm Eastern) and September 13 (3:30-5pm Eastern)

  • Collect and report guided observations between these 2 working sessions (a few hours)

Benefits

  • Add your voice and observations to CLEE’s strategic scaling plan

  • Gain important data and insight from your local stakeholders

  • Gain experience on how to collect observations to identify needs in your setting with colleagues

  • Gain experience in the See, Solve, Scale process to deploy it to create a long-range plan in your setting

Working Sessions

Learn, research, and make meaning together!

PART 1: We will meet virtually August 2 (2-3:30pm Eastern) to learn the first part of the See, Solve, Scale process with Danny Warshay. We will use this process to frame our task to “See” the experiences and needs of our stakeholders in the real world over the next few weeks—what Danny calls collecting ‘bottom-up research’ in your setting. You will be prepped to collect, record, and share observations in a guided process.

PART 2: We will meet virtually again September 13 (3:30-5pm Eastern) to share our observations, make meaning of them together, and tease out their implications to inform a long-range strategic scaling plan for the CLEE/SRI practices and community. By the end you’ll be skilled at using observations to identify needs in your community, and armed with a tool for setting direction in your organization.

There is no cost for this opportunity.
